OUR OFFICE TEAM Our highly skilled office team help to navigate your care pathway at the surgery. Gillian & Leigh are our Office Team Leaders and are supported by: Charmian, Denise, Karen, Aimee, Rebecca, Emma, Jodie, Hannah, Senga, Laura & Lindsay. Our office team provides an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Our office team make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries,, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. All our team members are highly trained to help our patients with their queries. Other tasks that the team carry out include helping manage the vast amount of paperwork required to run a GP practice which include dealing with insurance reports and managing vaccination schedules. Several of our office team are also trained to provide phlebotomy services at the practice so you may see them in a clinical setting too. |
